Rear Light Conversion

The Revision6 Rear Light Conversion Kit is a direct bolt-on replacement for the existing mk2 MR2 rear lights. They have been designed to fit all revisions of the MR2 with no modifications at all to the vehicle's bodywork.

The kit comprises both left, right and centre panels, along with all the necessary lamps, LED rings, bulbs, fixings, reflectors, wiring looms and instructions to get the job done. Each light unit consists of an inner lamp with a conventional bulb and a chromed outer ring. Four of the six chrome rings supplied contain clear LEDs which illuminate red as sidelights.

All of our lamps, bulbs and LED rings are 'E' marked and are therefore road legal for use in the UK. However, for the kit to be road legal as a whole the units must be arranged in a certain way:

Passenger Side	Brakelight / Sidelight Indicator / Sidelight Blank / Reverse
Driver's Side	Blank / Foglight Indicator / Sidelight Brakelight / Sidelight

The two self adhesive reflectors supplied must also be fixed to the rear of the vehicle. The kits are supplied in unfinished ABS plastic which is intended to be prepared and painted prior to fitting.

Options:

Since the kit is supplied in component form, there are a number of options from which you can choose:

	Smoked Lenses - The red brake and fog lamps in the kit can be substituted for smoked lenses (that match the indicators and reverse) with red bulbs. Please note that we do not believe this configuration to be road legal, and that red bulbs are prone to fade over time.	No cost.
	Red Reflex Reflector Rings - The chrome blank rings in the kit can be substituted for reflector rings. This negates the need to have separate reflectors elsewhere on the rear.	No cost.
	LED Rings (Pair) - For that full-on space shuttle look you can substitute the chrome blank rings for a third pair of LED rings. This option also includes modified looms.	£55.00
	Show Pack - Comprises of an additional three smoked lenses and red bulbs to allow you to swap between road legal and off road configurations.	£30.00
